Laid in to this booklet is another folded card booklet warmly inscribed by the author to the same person who the book is inscribed to. Both the book and the booklet are no. 104. Together with a CD-Rom of the author reading one story (''Oil On Canvas'') from the collection (together with music by Jeremy Holmstadt), produced as a sampler to see if there would be enough interest to then produce a limited audio recording of all the stories set to music (but whether that happened or not, I do not know).
