Her extended prose-poem The Were-wolf (1896) is a symbolic erotic fantasy in which two brothers disagree about a femme fatale; the one who thinks her eil pursues her to a climactic meeting where their fates are decided. It is among the most notable products of the short-lived English Decadent Movement'' (Brian Stableford/Encyclopedia of Fantasy).
